Abstract
The article opens up the types of financial crisis in the enterprise - liquidity crisis, profitability crisis, strategic crisis; approaches to the understanding of crisis management are revealed; measures of crisis management are determined depending on the phases of the crisis and possible consequences; the components of the mechanism of crisis management of the enterprise are defined: the diagnosis of the financial state, monitoring of the external and internal environment, business enterprise valuation, marketing and benchmarking, organizational and production management, personnel management and motivation, financial management, anti-crisis innovative policy, internal audit, anti-crisis control system; controlling tools are displayed for the period of validity; the definition of anti-crisis control is presented as a priority element of the mechanism for preventing the threat of bankruptcy; the model of the diagnostic process of the crisis state of the enterprise is represented; bankruptcy threat indicators are described while performing rapid insolvency diagnostics; the peculiarities of the development of a mechanism for preventing the threat of bankruptcy are formulated.
