Abstract
The article reviews the solo and ensemble bandura performance in The Leonid Kogan Dnipropetrovsk Regional Philharmonic society from its foundation to the present. The focus of the authors is the concert activity of the philharmonic bandura-soloists and bandura ensembles. It was discovered that in the 1920s–1930s, bandurists from other regions often toured Dnipropetrovsk. The discovery was based on the unpublished archival sources. In addition the achievements of the modern Philharmonic ensemble "Charivnytci" are also highlighted.
