Abstract

Introduction. The problem of formation of the readiness of future preschool education specialists for the multicultural upbringing of preschool children as an important indicator of their professional competence is urgent at the current stage of development of Ukrainian society. However, the problem is still not sufficiently researched. Purpose. The purpose of the research is to study the peculiarities of the formation of the readiness of future specialists of preschool education for the multicultural upbringing ofpreschool children in a pedagogical institution of higher education. Methods. Such methods as expert’s assessment, generalization of independent characteristics, questionnaires, surveys, observations, self-monitoring, self-assessment have been used to identify the level of readiness of future preschool education specialists for the multicultural upbringing of preschool children at stating and assessing stages. A pedagogical experiment (stating, forming, assessing) was used to determine the effectiveness of the introduction of a scientifically based system of the formation of the readiness for the multicultural upbrining of this category of specialists at the stating stage of the research. Results. The analysis of the results of the assessing experiment allowed to determine the increase of the level of development of the readiness of future specialists of preschool education for the multicultural upbringing of preschool children on the basis of the use of technology of pedagogical management in a pedagogical institution of higher education. Originality. The scientific novelty of the results of the research is that the essence of the concept «readiness of future specialists of preschool education for the multicultural upbringing of preschool children» is determined. The method of diagnosing the level of development of readiness of future specialists of preschool education for the multicultural upbringing of preschool children has been developed and applied. The technology of pedagogical management as a set of organization-motivating, planning, coordination-stimulating, control-assessing stages has been created and introduced in order to form the researched readiness in the conditions of university education. Conclusion. On the grounds of the analysis of the results of the assessing experiment, the effectiveness of the suggested system offormation of the readiness offuture preschool education specialists for the multicultural upbringing of preschool children on the basis of the use of the technology of pedagogical management has been confirmed. Different aspects of the problem of formation of the readiness of future specialists of preschool education for the multicultural upbringing of preschool children in a pedagogical institution of higher education need further study.
