Abstract
The author's project is aimed at preserving in the territory of the Bar's urban united territorial community of Vinnitsa region an object of cultural heritage - a manor with the house where livid M. Kotsyubinsky in the Bar city of Vinnytsky region. Creation on its basis of the Regional Center of Culture and Arts for the implementation of tourism activities. The overall goal of the project is to create opportunities in Ukraine for the development of a national tourist product that is competitive on the domestic and global markets, the formation of a positive image of the Vinnitsky region in the field of artistic tourism, the expansion of domestic tourism, and an increase in the volume of inbound tourism. This event is carried out within the framework of the project of the Center for Socio-Cultural Design of the International Society for Human Rights "Bar land of the Podillya - European Dimension for Sustainable Development". The project provides. Development of design and budget documentation and carrying out for the restoration of the Kotsyubinsky house. Creation of the material base and filling the administrative staff of the Regional Cultural and Arts Center. Training of personnel for the performance of official duties. Establishment of international relations. Conducting archaeological research of the cultural layer of XV - XVI centuries on the territory of the Kotsyubinsky house in the city of Bar.
