The purpose of the book is to present a question of nutrition, health and education in a modern Poland and other countries with historical parallels and a forecast for the future. Since human development opportunities depend on the social system, the possibility of developing countries, including Poland, depends on social consciousness, which is an important component of the culture of nutrition in combination with health and education. In the proposed work we address the various aspects of three issues in the context of the current crisis of obesity and the worst physical and psychical condition of citizens. We are convinced that the diversity of articles allows us to see the complexity of issues and pay attention to the new social, cultural and technological space that deserves further consideration and research.
