Abstract
In our time, the importance of qualitative education, which is needed to build a successful career, is increasing. In the course of training young people acquire knowledge not only in their native alma mater, but also in foreign higher educational institutions (HEIs) at the expense of programs of academic mobility. Such experience in the future may provide "bonuses" for employment. In addition, there are many options available for graduates of higher schools and those who wish to continue their education and receive a new diploma abroad or to undergo internships and improve their qualifications. And it is for Ukrainians in Poland that the best conditions for such development are created.
