Abstract
The article is dedicated to some questions of foreign teachers polycultured competence development in the system of pedagogic personnel post-graduate training. It is determined the structure components of the model: content, task, methods and principles, polycultured competence criterions and as well pedagogical conditions of the polycultured competence development.
