Abstract
At the result of the scientific research the essence of the term «readiness" was revealed and clarified, its content and structural components were determined, the criteria and indicators of future lawyers’ readiness to professional interaction were substantiated. Readiness of future lawyers to professional interaction is considered to be as multifaceted, specific professional characteristics of the personality, which includes the availability of professionally oriented motivation, knowledge, skills and personal qualities necessary for the effective performance of different kinds of professional interaction.
