Abstract
The materials of the article are devoted to determining the potential of using an electronic portfolio in the educational process of preparing masters of higher education as a means of forming and measuring general competencies. The authors compiled the master's profile, that was established in accordance with the general competencies of the Tuning project. The compliance of the general competencies according the Tuning project of ІSTE standard has been established. The criteria of evaluation and levels of formation of general competencies are determined. The results of the students' attitude toward the use of electronic portfolios in the educational process and suggestions on the use of external experts are presented.
