Abstract
The professional activity of a lawyer is focused on elementary norms of the general human morality, which regulate human relations on the basis of mutual respect, humanity, justice. Compliance with these norms provides the effective work of a lawyer in favor of the society, state and people. This, in turn, requires the special training of specialists in a different profile of a legal work, the formation of a whole system of professional knowledge on the basis of the scientific and methodological approaches, taking into account modern innovative techniques and technologies.
