Abstract
The article substantiates the need for the implementation of such methods, which would help implement personal approach to the client. Mentoring program is the first preventive program for vulnerable groups at risk of HIV infection, in particular, to help them understand and change their behavior and make awareness of choice in the future. It combines work on a "peer to peer" structured content and measurable results. The program aims to provide participants with the possibility of harm reduction mentor in this community that can provide them with support in their quest to avoid infection
