Abstract
The importance of forming administrative culture of preschool education principals is determined in the article; the scientific basis of the possibility of solving searched issue is outlined; theoretical and methodological, scientific and methodical basis of forming researched quality is revealed; the models of establishing the base of administrative culture at university education level and forming its integral status at postgraduate pedagogical education level are determined.
