Abstract
The concept of general culture and spiritual, in particular, is analyzed in the article. The author considers the spiritual culture as an integral part of the general culture of the individual and believes that its diagnosis and formation should be given due attention in the education system. Therefore, the main part of the work presents the author's methodology for studying the educators’ spiritual culture.
