Abstract
The modern economy is quite unstable, it often changes the internal and external environment, which leads to losses of some enterprises, insolvency and bankruptcy. That is why the question diagnosis of financial condition is relevant and requires more detailed consideration. It is important to identify the crisis, its development stage and develop an anti-crisis strategy at an early stage. It can be argued that leasing as a form of enhancing investment processes has a significant impact on the macroeconomic situation of a country, especially in countries with developed market economies, as well as in countries that are at the stage of intensive development. With the development of market relations in countries with transitional economies, the importance of leasing for business entities as a promising new investment method is increasing. Thus, leasing can be an effective factor in stimulating investment in fixed assets and economic growth of these countries as a whole.
