Abstract

The study discusses innovative ways to improve the professional training of future specialists in the area of preschool education at the II master's degree, taking into account the formation of competencies defined by the educational program for the preparation of master’s degree in the specialty "Pre-school education". The main directions of the program of industrial (organizational) practice, which was developed by teachers of the department of pre-school education of the Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University, are presented. The theoretical approaches to the organization of the practice of students of institutions of higher education are generalized. The emphasis is placed on the possibilities of realization of theoretical achievements in disciplines "organization and management in pre-school education", "Project activity in educational institutions", "Technologies of research in the educational sphere", "Educational management in the field of preschool education", "Pedagogy of partnership with various social institutions" etc.
