Abstract
The study reveals theoretical and applied aspects of the problem of preparation of boarding schools for kindergarten education of younger students. On the basis of scientific sources elaboration the essence of the concept of "charity" and its structure is specified. The contents of the seminar for educators of boarding schools "On the Road to Charity" were revealed. actualize the problem of nurturing charity in elementary school students in the after-school activities of boarding schools; to reveal the content, structure and specifics of pedagogical charity; to consider the peculiarities of education of charity in the specified contingent of students; to acquaint the teachers of boarding schools with the diagnosis of the levels of charity in the elementary school students of boarding schools; deepen the knowledge of boarding school teachers about the forms and methods of nurturing charity; to acquaint the teachers of boarding schools with the pedagogical conditions for the upbringing of charity in elementary school students in extracurricular activities and the system of educational hours "On the way to charity"
