Abstract
The monograph discusses the theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of the study of structural transformations of the labor market and related educational and skills imbalances in employment. Knowledge about the transitive labor market, critical transitions of labor from one state of business activity to another, and the factors that determine these transitions are systematized. The methodological approaches to measuring the educational and qualification compliance of the workforce to the needs of the workplaces have been generalized, and diagnostics for Ukraine have been performed, which enables a much deeper analysis of the imbalance of labor supply and demand. The development of the national system of personnel support in terms of structural restructuring of the economy and the instruments of implementation of European standards in education are investigated. Strategic directions of achievement of educational and qualification conformity of workforce to the needs of transitive labor market have been developed. The work outlines the priorities of public policy in the areas of human resources and labor. The monograph is intended for a wide range of specialists of the legislative and executive authorities, who are engaged in regulation of educational processes and employment of the population, scientists, teachers, graduate students and students, all who are interested in the problems of the labor market.
