Abstract
The question of the role of youth in the process s decentralization is one of the main youth policies for Ukraine. Through decentralization reform, youth in the community should be given opportunities for self-fulfillment and a chance to make a personal contribution to the development of their territory. A sociological survey “Youth of Ukraine – 2017” has identified a problem that has to do with youth participation in decentralization processes. However, the Youth and Community: Changes for the Future, developed under the USAID PULSE Project, implemented by the Ukrainian Association of Cities with the support of the US Agency for International Development, can see positive developments in engaging youth in community work. Goal this study is to analyze the trends of the state youth policy in Ukraine in terms of decentralization and search tool matches that will be effective for enhancing youth participation unified community. Youth centers have a major role to play in addressing this problem (spaces) and above all, through the promotion of leadership skills by young people
