Abstract
The course "Creating and conducting a communication project" is designed to form a theoretical and practical base of the Master of Media Communications, so the purpose of his study is theoretical training and practical specialization of students, developing their experience of creating and conducting communication projects, developing skills of individual and collective creative work with information sources and technologies of creation of materials and ways of their promotion on the media market. The main objective of the course is to formulate the theoretical knowledge, practical skills and abilities necessary to create and conduct a communication project in order to properly meet the communication needs of Ukrainian citizens, to develop and implement an effective communication policy of the state. The objectives of the course are: - to study the conceptual categorical apparatus, in which the main terms and concepts are: the culture of the communication project, the concept of communication project, the quality and effectiveness of the communication project; - to find out the factors of culture of the latest communication projects, the substantive structure of this phenomenon; - to learn to establish and evaluate the meaning, design and marketing concepts of communication projects of different types, the qualitative level of their technological implementation; - to understand the current state and tendencies of formation of media culture in Ukraine in the segment of communication projects; - to teach students to develop concepts of their own communication projects and put them into practice.
