Abstract

The work program in the discipline "Sociology and Psychology of MK" is a normative document of the Kyiv University named after Boris Grinchenko, which is developed by the Department of Journalism and New Media on the basis of an educational and professional program of training undergraduate full-time students. The program has been developed taking into account the recommendations of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (letter № 1 / 9-736 dated 06.12.2007) “On the List of directions (specialties) and their combination with additional specialties and specializations for training of employees at educational and qualification levels of bachelor, specialist, master ». The work program is concluded in accordance with the requirements of the credit-module system of training organization. The program determines the amount of knowledge that the bachelor must acquire in accordance with the requirements of educational qualification characteristics, algorithm for studying the educational material of the discipline "Sociology and Psychology of MK", the necessary methodological support, components and technology of evaluation of students' educational achievements. "Psychology of MK" is an integral part of the discipline "Sociology and Psychology of MK" of the regulatory block. Her study involves solving a number of tasks of fundamental professional training of specialists of higher qualification, in particular: theoretical and practical mastering of future specialists by the psychological bases of communication interaction, development of personal qualities of the future communicator, understanding of the peculiarities of their professional status, and our background. Purpose of the course: formation of future specialists in the mass media psychological competence as a professional through the acquisition of knowledge about modern theories of psychic phenomena and the role of the media in their formation, development and changes, socialization of personality. Objectives of the discipline "Psychology MK": Кри disclosure of the importance of psychological knowledge in the professional activities of media professionals; Лення familiarization of mass media professionals with the psychological principles of professional communicative behavior;  formation of moral values ​​and corresponding qualities of the future specialist, awareness of psychological consequences of communication influence;  development of a professional culture on the reflective basis of specialists in the mass media of psychological culture, encouraging them to self-analyze their actions;  identification of typical professional misconduct related to the choice and use of modern psychological means of influence on the individual, the masses;  disclosure of peculiarities of ethical behavior of mass media professionals in solving complex professional psychological situations;  development of an algorithm for professional communication interaction of media professionals with consumers of their services. Enhanced effectiveness of the seminars will be facilitated by the program of students' creative work, including individual and group projects, etc.
