Abstract
One of the ways to improve educational process today is the development of specialized software that allow to speed up and simplify obtaining latest professional information from global information space. The paper proposes an approach to developing information-analytical, information-retrieval, information-monitoring and other systems for educational purposes, capable of becoming a tool of the modern creative learning concept based on world electronic information resources. The proposed design method provides formalized specialized software system layout using standardized software modules according to the required functionality, which is defined by search, analytical and other information tasks of the educational process appropriate parts.
