Abstract
The impact of global processes on the economy of Ukraine and its banking system requires measures that will contribute to ensuring the economic security of its settlement and payment mechanisms. Regardless of the economic system of the state, its banking system plays a special role as an integral part of the mechanism of the national economy. The main criterion for the security of banking activities is the stability and security of the financial state of national banks and credit institutions of the state. The scope of economic security tasks requires a systematic approach and consideration of internal and external factors within a certain time interval.
