Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the results of sociolinguistic survey of students of state institutions of higher education in Kyiv and Donetsk areas by using a questionnaire in which, in particular, it is proposed to submit their own comments on the linguistic situation in their educational institutions. The article also describes the peculiarities of the existence of Ukrainian oral speech in the context of the problem of Ukrainian-Russian bilingualism. Ukrainian oral speech has an intraformal deformation, which imposes a significant imprint on the linguistic competence of Donetsk and Kiev bilinguals due to the powerful communicative influence of a related contact language. The work is defined features of local specificity of interference deviations from language norms at different levels of the Ukrainian language system, the reasons are set out the expediency of differentiating the interference in different language is substantiated levels and mixed forms of Ukrainian-Russian broadcasting.
