Abstract
The manual discusses the challenges faced by modern educational community (teaching and administrative staff and college students ) due to current changes in the innovation community and educational space. Analyzed business education space representation of social and educational innovation and their well-being in the space of innovative changes. Considered in detail the innovative potential of educational and community opportunities to optimize innovation in education. Definite problem of insufficient and excessive inclusion of young people in the process innovatization social life and , in particular, higher education and shows possible solutions. The manual is addressed to the management structure of science and education, university professors and courses of postgraduate education students in higher educational and humanitarian education ( primarily undergraduates ) and all those who care about the problems of today's youth , who gets education at the time of innovative change.
