Abstract
The competence model is proposed for consideration by the pedagogical and scientific community special educator of inclusive educational institution and model of system of training of such specialist to professional activity in an inclusive educational environment. During their development generalization of theoretical principles of teacher training to work in inclusive was used educational institutions outlined in international scientific publications; structural analysis for consideration of the structural blocks of the system of vocational training of special educators; dynamic modeling to represent research results. Model represented special education teacher training system for inclusive educational institution is aimed at ensuring a high and sufficient level of professional readiness activities in an inclusive educational environment that will ultimately enhance quality inclusive education.
