Abstract
Emphasis is placed on the personality of the primary school teacher, his ability to interact with the student in accordance with moral and ethical standards. It is emphasized that the development of human values in younger students depends to a certain extent on the personal and moral qualities of the teacher, as well as on his level of professionalism, the ability to constantly learn and develop, independently to obtain additional knowledge necessary for the upbringing of children.
