Abstract

The article deals with the problems of professional development of the educator in the 21st century on the basis of acmeological strategies and acmeological technologies. The acme-strategic approach in the system of professional activity of the educator is very relevant at the present stage of modernization of the national system of education in many countries, as it contributes to the prediction of points «acme» and «kate» of the educational process by the end results. In accordance with the acmeological theory of fundamental education, the article defines the productive acme-strategy in the professional activity of a specialist. The implementation of acme-strategies in the professional activity of the educator occurs with the help of acme-technologies at the strategic, tactical and operational levels, which are characterized by the peculiarities of the personal and professional competencies of the specialist. A key feature of acme technology is the goal fomation process Acmeological technology intended to form and consolidate in the minds of the need for professional self-esteem, self-knowing, self-development, self-perfecting that it is possible through the use of a set of measures, diagnosis and laying autoproperties, akmeogram, acmeological training, coaching and so on. The effectiveness of strategic planning is determined by the acmeogram – the acme-route of productivity of professional and educational activities. Acmeogram is a system of requirements, conditions and factors that contribute to the progressive growth of specific subjects of professional activity. Therefore, it is always individual. Having an acmeogram as a basis for developing a dynamic model of it’s own «professional me», one predicts one's professional growth, materializing one's own aspirations in the author's system of professional activity. Acmeological techniques and acme-technologies discussed in the article offer a practical solution to the issue of personal and professional success, since acmeological technologies are a set of methods, techniques, techniques by which the growth of personality to the peaks of self-realization is realized. A distinctive feature of these technologies is their subordination to the principles of humanism, their focus on the achieving the highest levels of human growth, including withing their professional activity.
