Abstract
"Index Inclusion " - a collection of practical materials to the planning of activities for the establishment and development of vocational education inclusive learning environment for all participants in the educational process . These materials contribute to the development of vocational education institution , providing significant assistance in developing independent steps leading to the creation of an inclusive learning environment VET program and all students achieve the highest possible academic results , promotion of democratic values and practices , not only in school but also in local communities.For managers and teaching staff of vocational schools, education departments , academic and research staff, training courses and senior teaching staff , parents and community members .
