Abstract
"Index Inclusion " - a collection of practical materials to plan actions for the creation and development of pre-school inclusive learning environment for all participants in the educational process .These materials contribute to the development of pre-school educational institution, providing significant assistance in developing independent steps leading to the creation of an inclusive environment in pre- school and achieveall children the most good results , promotion of democratic values and practices , not only in school but also in their communities.For managers and teaching staff of pre-school education, education departments , academic and research staff, training courses and senior teaching staff , parents and community members .
