Abstract
The paper considers volunteering as a movement that engages citizens to participate in the changes. and the formation of new relationships in the community. Volunteering is also one of the three components of the model Community Schools, which aim is to develop partnerships between the school and all the resources that exist in the community. Analyzed giving school recruiting volunteers who can be a volunteer, volunteering and types of key aspects of successful work with volunteers.
