Abstract
In the article the problems of transformation of the modern information processes that occur in online social networks, from the format web 3.0 to web 4.0 are revealed. The basis of the following format web 4.0, according to the opinion of profile researchers will be formed on the principles of automation of information processes management and artificial intelligence systems that have the basis oflaws of swarm intelligencein fact (borrowed from animalworld). The author believes that in the future these conceptual aspects should be adapted to key information processes of online network environment.
