Abstract
The aim of the module "Modern Technologies in Media: Data Journalism" is to acquire students theoretical concepts and practical skills that will allow efficient search, filtering, analysis and processing of large data sets for the design of received material in the form of media text or infographics. Get open-source startup skills in the display industry. Course objectives: • Introduce students to the genesis of the historical context of data journalism; • get acquainted with different theories of the concept of "data"; • acquire the skills of using infographics in the modern media space; • get acquainted with basic examples of data usage; • master the ability to disseminate data.
