Abstract
The purpose of the course "Radio Editing Workshop" - to provide students with theoretical knowledge and develop practical (technological) skills in the processing of radio messages in the media; to train future professionals purposefully, on the principles of the regulatory framework, to work on the preparation of texts for radio broadcasting. The objective of the course is to provide knowledge in the system of concepts, terms, definitions, basic principles and skills in editing text materials intended for publication on air. The subject of study of the discipline - industry norms for editing media messages, regardless of their genre and type. The subject is the technology of applying these rules when processing texts for radio programs at various stages of publication. Affiliation with other disciplines is modern Ukrainian literary language, technical means of production, publishing and editing, a workshop on editing, audio and video editors, web editors. The technical base for the study of the discipline should be a class of computers connected to a local network, as well as a student radio studio.
