Abstract
his paper addresses the problem of the influence of personal factors on the development of professional self-concept of teachers who work in terms of traditional or innovative educational activities based on empirical data. In the context of personal- professional development of teachers in the article the following personality factors that have an impact on the development of professional self-concept of secondary school teachers as personal maturity , achievement motivation , a sense of civic duty , life plant , the capacity for psychological intimacy with another person responsible for your own health , responsibility for family relationships and so on. Traced the specific influence of personal factors on the development of professional self-concept of teachers , depending on the nature ( traditional or innovative ) their professional activities. Proved statistically significant differences depending on the nature ( traditional or innovative ) educational activities between the level of professional self-concept of secondary school teachers and personal factors. Reflected that personality factors are significant factors influencing the development of the professional self-concept of teachers of secondary schools as a result of their professional identity
