Abstract
The purpose is to gain knowledge about the content, forms and social importance of communication in public administration. Task: • to study the peculiarities of strategic state communication; • get acquainted with the specifics of internal communication in public authorities; • learn the principles, functions and tools of communication between public authorities and the media; • to study the structure and forms of communication between public authorities and local self-government with the public and the media; • get acquainted with the specifics of crisis communications.
