The purpose is to expand the theoretical and applied base of the specialist in public relations, to familiarize with the tendencies of development of information space of Ukraine and the functioning of its basic components, to generalize and systematize a new system of views, theoretical and methodological approaches to the factors of formation of state policy of Ukraine in the sphere of media and Communication (ZMIC) as a component of state information policy.
