Abstract
The article deals with the issues of threats to the economic security of construction enterprises in modern conditions of management. The volatility of current economic conditions poses challenges and threats to the economic activity of construction companies. The economic security of a construction company, like that of another industrial enterprise, is a complex system that contains certain subsystems. Given the peculiarities of the activity of construction enterprises, it is advisable to distinguish the following subsystems or components of the economic security of the construction company: financial, industrial, investment and innovation, personnel, information, marketing, power. The identification and classification of threats to economic security by functional components contributes to the development of measures to enhance the level of each functional component and economic security of the enterprise as a whole. For each construction company, the composition of threats may be different. The most influential in terms of creating threats to the economic security of a construction company are the following components: financial, industrial, personnel and intellectual. Threats to these components must be prevented or eliminated first. Undoubtedly, marketing, information and power functional components also have a significant impact on the level of economic security of a construction company, but, as practice shows, it is this component that the management of construction companies pays enough attention.
