The article investigates features and reveals the content of scientific and economic features of development and changes in the management of innovative entrepreneurship in the conditions of digital transformation of Ukrainian economy. The target market is analyzed through a visual slice of the search vectors of target audience. Modern tools that employees can use to provide the best service in digital business are specified, including: accessibility of information and quick payment through POS; search for clientele by accessing customer history on POS devices; selling based on smart recommendations. It is substantiated by research that systematic sales management in today’s business environment requires: orientation of sales to the best customer experience (B2C); providing continuous measurement of the effect (online, cases, NPS); providing resources: authority, skills, time; B2C-based process correction of system feedback through training. Using matrix method, author’s understanding of the decision-making practice of companies implementing their innovative activity in the conditions of becoming gig-economy, through consultations, sales, motivation is offered. The important role of the formation of this economy is defined, which forms fundamentally new algorithms for doing business and constantly takes on new forms, introducing digital technologies and innovations in management. Characteristic features of becoming digital entrepreneurship are considered, in particular 12 key positions are identified – steps that are obligatory in this process. In the article are provided a visual breakdown of target audience search vectors for digital entrepreneurs and key digital tools used in digital entrepreneurship. Authors suggested that the priority areas in the development of digital business and innovative entrepreneurship in the course of becoming gig-economy continue to be robotization of production processes, strategic planning, merchandising, implementation of the latest technologies in the industry, unification of business processes through different communication channels. (websites, directories, mobile apps, contact centers, social media, etc.).
