Abstract
The article reveals the essence of the problem of application of theatrical pedagogy in the professional training of future vocalists. The theoretical foundations of theatrical pedagogy as the implementation of a system of methodological techniques aimed at student participation in stage action and immersion in the artistic image of musical works are determined. A number of methods and methodical methods of theater pedagogy in the training of future vocalists are characterized, in particular: the method of effective analysis; detection of "intrigue" of a musical work; translation of an abstract idea into a plan based on motor expressiveness; analysis of the emotional content of a musical work with the help of color associations; comparison of tonal characteristics of color and sound of the voice
