Abstract
Issues of social work development, introduction of optimal models of its organization in the community are of particular importance in modern conditions. The key task of social work is to find ways to integrate and interact with all social institutions in ensuring the well-being, well-being, safety and stability of families with children. An interdisciplinary team is being created to ensure the partnership and interaction of social service professionals, coordinate the actions of all service providers and use resources effectively. At regular meetings, team members agree on the issue of case management: the order of interaction, the single intervention plan, all stages of case management, and the terms of provision of integrated services, which avoids duplication of services. The social worker must be ready to organize and carry out social work with vulnerable families with children, have teamwork skills; to take into account the conditions of the social environment in which the professional activity is carried out. The authors emphasize that the issue of specialists' readiness for multidisciplinary engagement in addressing priority social issues, providing integrated social services to children and families who have been victims of violence, are in need of crisis and are in urgent need is being updated. The degree of involvement of the recipient of social services in the case management process depends on the complexity of the circumstances identified, but it should provide for a gradual increase in the role and responsibility of the recipient and his immediate surroundings in actions and measures to overcome difficult life circumstances. Joint planning with the recipient of social services is one of the basic principles in social work. In the article the authors substantiate the necessity to observe the principles of interdisciplinary interaction in the professional activity of social workers.
