Abstract
The article investigates the formation of professional competence of the future vocal teacher by means of multimedia technologies. The state of study of "multimedia" in the music industry is analyzed and the main directions of its application are determined. The significance and place of multimedia technologies in the system of professional training of the future vocal teacher is revealed. Theoretical and methodological bases of the process of formation of professional competence of a vocal teacher in the context of mastering multimedia technologies are substantiated. The method of formation of professional competence of the future teacher of vocal by means of multimedia technologies is offered. The paper highlights special functional methods grouped into clusters: interactive, information technology, interactive. The most effective methods are given: author's introspection, algorithmization and optimization of actions, method of projects, collective search, correlation of audio-visual information, etc.
