Abstract
The article revealed the results of the study the phenomenon «life-long learning». Hierarchical arrangement of concepts Later Life Training and Lifelong Learning (Law of Ukraine «On education») was implemented, which is operated in foreign and domestic scientific sources and legal normative documents. The «life-long learning» phenomenon has been analyzed by the rank of key competence in view of the legal normative rationing of its component structure. The process of forming in first-grade students the basis of key competence of life-long learning, which is singled out according to formation of educational activity, is characterized in the context of relevance between components of fundamentals of the key competence of life-long learning, which are formed in first-grade students, and the components of the key competence of life-long learning, which are formed in 2-4 grade students. The blocks 29 of experimental technique of forming the key competence of life-long learning in first-grade students were introduced in this article, in particular: 1) implementation of actions for organizing attention (concentration, sharing, switching, increasing); 2) creating your own learning environment based on selection activity; 3) elaboration of new educational information on the basis of binary-signaling action images; 4) performing educational activities independently and in interaction with others on the basis of action algorithms.
