Abstract
The manual contains tasks aimed at the conscious development of legal documents, which since 2017 regulate the professional activities of primary school teachers and regulate modernization processes related to: education in general (Law of Ukraine "On Education"); state language policy (Law of Ukraine "On ensuring the functioning of the Ukrainian language as the state language"); teacher activity (Professional standard "Primary school teacher of general secondary education"); of professional development of a teacher (Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "Procedure for professional development of pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical workers", "Regulations on certification of pedagogical workers", orders of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine on attestation of pedagogical workers ”,“ Conditions and procedure for holding the all-Ukrainian competition “Teacher of the Year - 2020” ”); organization of the educational process (State Standard of Primary Education, "Guidelines for assessing the academic achievements of second grade students"); arrangement of primary school classrooms (order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine "On approval of the Indicative list of teaching aids and equipment of educational and general purpose for primary school classrooms"); innovative educational activity (Law of Ukraine "On innovative activity", order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine "Regulations on the procedure for carrying out innovative educational activity"); inclusive education (“Exemplary provision on the team of psychological and pedagogical support of a child with special educational needs in a general secondary and preschool education "), as well as the legal relationship of the employer with the employee in accordance with the employment contract and civil law. The content of the manual is presented in a non-traditional didactic design (performance of tasks with a permanent purpose, situations of professional and personal development etc). For students of higher education institutions, primary school teachers, teachers of formal and non-formal education and all those who acquire knowledge in self-education activities.
