Abstract
The author describes peculiarities of Preschool teacher’s personal development in the process of professional preparation in Ukrainian and German High-schools in the context of educational process’s organization competence paradigm. problem of personality-forming pedagogical technologies in comprehensive and pre-school establishments of USA is analyzed in the article. The main factors of successful realization of personal development and professional competence improvement are distinguished.
