Abstract
The article considers the peculiarities of the organization of methodical work in preschool education institutions at the present stage. It was found that one of the ways to reform preschool education is the quality organization of methodical work, which is an indicator of the success of preschool education. Methodical work in a preschool institution is a multifaceted concept that includes: study and modeling of the educational process; support of professional competence of teachers, increase of their pedagogical skill; study of the dynamics of changes in the development of preschoolers; advisory assistance to teachers; organization of partnership with parents; study, generalization and dissemination of promising pedagogical experience; creating a favorable psychological climate in the teaching staff; selection and processing of methodical, scientific literature, etc. Therefore, the issue of regulatory and legal support is a priority in the organization of methodical work in preschool education. The content and features of the use of basic legislative, regulatory and departmental documents are revealed. It is determined that in accordance with the state educational policy new approaches to the organization of methodical work in preschool institutions are formed. Methodical work in preschool education institutions is regulated by a number of legal documents. The main, legislative, normative and departmental documents are considered, namely: State National Program "Education" ("Ukraine of the XXI Century"), Laws of Ukraine "On Education", "On Preschool Education", Order "On Approval of Qualification Characteristics of Professions (Positions) of pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical workers of educational institutions », Exemplary position on methodical office of preschool education institution, Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine« Some questions of advanced training of pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical workers », Instructional-methodical recommendations preschool education in the 2019/2020 school year. "
