Abstract

The article makes a definitive analysis of the study of organizational and semantic principles of methodical work in preschool educational institutions of Ukraine (20-30s of the twentieth century). The works and views of domestic and foreign scientists on the formation of the categorical-conceptual apparatus of research are analyzed. It was found that most of the concepts in the study area do not have an unambiguous definition, are interpreted by researchers depending on the object and subject of research, as well as understanding the concept of "principles". Methodical work in preschool educational institutions in the 20-30s of the twentieth century was actively developing, although this concept was not in widespread pedagogical circulation, but was only spelled out in the titles of instruction letters, recommendations, regulations, etc., so the term "methodical work" needed clarification. in preschool educational institution ". We consider methodical work in preschool primary school as a system of measures, aimed at improving pedagogical activities and raising the level of pedagogical skills of teachers, which contributes to the improvement of the educational process in preschool education and is one of the conditions for successful education and training of preschool children. The semantic principles include the purpose, objectives and content of methodical work. The organizational principles include principles, methods and forms of methodical work, as well as personnel and material and technical conditions. Organizational and semantic principles of methodical work in preschool educational institutions are considered as a set of interdependent and interdependent theoretical, practical and normative provisions that determine the purpose, objectives, content, methods, forms, principles, as well as personnel and logistical conditions of methodical work in preschool educational institutions.
