Abstract
The aim of the module "University Studios: Leadership in the Service is to form students' social responsibility and a system of special knowledge in the field of leadership, to understand the conceptual foundations of leadership in the ministry; acquisition of skills necessary for a leader, development of leadership qualities. Objective of the course: • to familiarize students with ministry leadership and its basic principles; • develop the leadership qualities of students (communicative, organizational, creativity, etc.) • teach to use the principles of ministry leadership in daily activities.
