Abstract
The training module "Technology of creating a media text" within the framework of the course program "Ukrainian language in professional communication" prepares the future journalist for practical activities, forms the basis of professional skills and develops the skills necessary in the future work of a journalist, therefore, the purpose of its study is to develop professional competencies. "related to the curvature of a journalistic text. The main objective of the course is to give knowledge about the main stages of creating a media text, its structural and compositional features, genre paradigm, argumentation system, pictorial and expressive means.
