The article is devoted to the problem of motivation of professional growth of teachers. Issues of activation of internal motivation, awareness of teachers of current goals and setting priorities are considered. Recommendations for the development of motivational training are provided. The author offers a basic version of motivational training, which can be changed and supplemented with the proposed exercises depending on the needs of a particular group
