Abstract
A monograph is devoted comprehensive and complex research of theoretical and practical issues of the day of confession of economic obligation invalid as method of defence of rights and okhoronyuvanikh interests of subjects of menage on the modern stage development of economic legal relationships in Ukraine. On the basis of legal doctrine, positions of civil and economic legislation, and also judicial practice, the detailed analysis of the legal providing of economic contractual legal relationships is carried out and them basic elements.Investigational location economic agreement, economic obligations and grounds of their unreality, in the doctrine of economic right, the modern paradigm of understanding of methods and forms of defence of rights and interests of subjects of menage, confession of economic obligation invalid, is exposed as to the method of defence of rights and guarded interests of subjects of menage, the analysis of legal grounds of confession of economic obligation invalid and certainly legal nature of restitucii, confiscation, compensation of financial harm as basic law consequences of confession of economic obligation invalid. It is first carried out teoretiko-applied research of defence of rights and interests of subjects of menage by confession of economic obligation invalid
